Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson, a jazz performer and three-time Grammy Award winner was born in Chillicothe, Ohio 20 February 1937, to Olden Wilson, an ironworker. was employed for a lengthy time as housekeeper. Nancy was the youngest of six children. Nancy was heavily influenced by her father's musical tastes as well as the music played at her home. It was clear that she wanted to be a singer at the age of 4 years old. She developed her talent by singing in the choir at church. At the age of 16, she began to appear regularly on Skyline Melodies. While in the group Nancy released her first record on Dot Records. Cannonball Adderley encouraged her to move into New York to further her professional career. She moved into The Big Town in the year 1959. Her agent heard her speak at The Blue Morocco Night Club, Boston Road, The Bronx and she then signed her contract. within a month after her arrival at New York City. A contract was formalized by Capitol Records in 1960. That year, she released her first single. Guess Who Saw Today. Capitol Records came out with five Nancy Wilson albums over a period of two years. Adderley encouraged her to shift away from R&B to music that was more jazz-based and torch songs. Nancy Wilson, Cannonball Adderley as well as their 1962 partnership led her to the top of the charts. The singer had her breakout hit Tell Me the Truth by 1963. The song led to a performance at New York's Coconut Grove the premier night club in America that year, and she quickly became a legend.

Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actor that is active in TV and film. She played the leading role in Chloe Winthrop, in Netflix's film The Kissing Booth. In 2015, Korr Sella was featured as a cameo in Short Wars The Force Awakens. She was then cast as Chloe Winthrop, in Netflix's Original films The Kissing Booth Season 2/3.
