The agent he was working with signed her up to Capitol in the year 1960. The year she made her debut was the same year. Guess Who? Her records were successful and Capitol issued 5 Nancy Wilson albums in two years. In the era of Adderley Wilson's direction, she began to focus on R&B and then shifted her focus to torch and jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley collaborated in 1962, which allowed her to climb on the charts. By 1963 she achieved her biggest hit through Tell Me the Truth.
