Tara Reid first appeared in television commercials while she was just a tiny child. Her breakthrough was after Tara Reid made an appearance in Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Even though her acting abilities have come under fire but it's evident that Tara Reid has performed the role well. In the course of a couple of years, she got her big break when Bunny was cast in The Big Lebowski. The film was a crucial step towards her professional career. Reid began receiving higher offers for movies like Urban Legend, Cruel Intentions as well as other similar films. But it was American Pie the cult movie about teenagers and sexual encounters that put Reid as a potential star in Hollywood in her part as virgin Vicky. It was all a waste of time. Reid's career was marred by numerous failures, such as Josie and the Pussycats. Reid did play an appearance in American Pie 2 for a few minutes, but this was not enough to help her slumping career. Reid is known more as a celebrity party-goer as well as a designer rather than an actual actor. Her off-screen gaffes and publicized cosmetic surgery has led her to be not a well-known actor.
